Dear Parents,
The development of Shanti Gyan Niketan Senior Secondary Public School since the year 2006 could be attributed to the success of Shanti Gyan Niketan under the aegis of Khurana Educational Society. The Khurana Educational Society’s visionary outlook and high aims made of concerted efforts is a secret of the success story.
We believe that every child is an individual with hidden talents, to be brought out at the right time in the right environment. For us, education means preparing the students with the right resources to find out the answers for themselves and within themselves.
The Principal has received the unstinted cooperation from the staff in this arduous task and the outcome has been a consistent excellence shown by the students not only in the academic results but in various other fields of extra curricular activities.
The past years have been improvised infrastructure and facilities. Special activities have been introduced along with the various competitions held on a day to day basis for enhancement of all round personality of the students.
The sports program of the school is also well laid out with the facility of trained coaches. Both the teachers and parents have equal share in the upbringing of the child. Thus, it becomes imperative parent-teacher relation is strong and healthy.
The past years have been the years have been years of achievement with students winning laurels and prizes in skating, lawn tennis, art and craft, dance competition and other cultural and literary activities. The young achievers have really done us proud.

Shanti Gyan Niketan Senior Secondary Public School is a school that is striving par excellence to nurture SGVians while keeping their spirits high. The school was established and managed by Khurana Educational Society. It was the brain child of the founder Chairman of the society Late Shri Gian Chand Khurana who had vision of shaping the personality of our future generations with great aplomb and skill. Shanti Gyan Niketan Senior Secondary Public School renowned school in Dwarka region started its journey in 1989 with a view to provide a conducive learning environment for students and it has accomplished its mission well.
A tender sapling ‘Shanti Gyan Niketan Senior Secondary Public School’ was sown in 2007 and is gaining strength day by day to grow into a flowering plant. As rightly said “where there is a will there is a way”. Shanti Gyan Niketan Senior Secondary Public School has taken it as a challenge to imbibe in students right values, awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, make them able to think creatively become techno savvy and showcase their hidden talent also develop a spirit of camaraderie and competitiveness.
